Edward
Richard ["Rick"] Stege - rstege@stege-law.com.
"Rick" Stege has been lead counsel in
nearly one hundred jury and bench trial cases.
According to a recent ABA article, " Stege
is a trial lawyer ... [He] thrives on jury cases
... and the challenge of making a complex series
of events compelling for the jury." Mr. Stege
has the credentials to take a matter to the highest
appellate level as well as obtain a multi-million
dollar verdict, witness his two successful arguments
before the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Stege is a graduate of Colgate University
and the University of Wisconsin School of Law,
where he was Order of the Coif and Law Review.
He has taught Trial Tactics at the Case Western
Reserve School of Law and Clinical Legal Education
at the Cleveland Marshall College of Law. He is
active in the Profession, recently serving as
President of his Chapter of the Inns of Court,
Chairman of the Cleveland Bar Association's Ethics
Committee, and Co-Chair of Programs of the ABA
Litigation Section's Trial Practice Committee.
Rick has presented demonstrations on effective
courtroom techniques to trial lawyers at many
national and regional conferences.

Andrew Thompson is a litigator
concentrating his practice in FELA/Railroad Law,
Employment Law, and Personal Injury Law. Andrew attended Syracuse University and graduated from
Case Western Reserve School of Law. He is "Designated Legal Counsel" for the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen and other railroad unions.
Andrew is a member of the Board of Directors of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys and co-editor of the CATA News. He also is a member of the Railroad Law Section
of The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association.

Douglas E. Bloom - dbloom@stege-law.com
Doug is legal counsel to several businesses in Northeast Ohio, advising on general corporate, real estate, contract and employment matters. Doug also litigates medical malpractice, personal injury, employment, real estate and commercial law cases. Doug received his B.A.
from The Ohio State University in 1996. While at Ohio State, Doug was the captain of the Men's Tennis Team and was named First Team All Big-Ten in Tennis for the years 1992-1996. Doug obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, cum laude, in 2001.
Doug is a member of the Cleveland Bar Association and the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys. |

He is based in Columbus, Ohio, but his practice
